Candroy Privacy & Policy
Your privacy and safety of your data is important to us.
This Privacy Policy document describes types of information that is or may be collected, used or shared by OCEANGATEPM.CANDROY.COM when you visit, use or make a purchases.
Garments, Design and Production
- The client is solely responsible for ensuring that any graphics, artwork, or designs submitted do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. While we make every effort to identify potentially protected material, it is impossible to know or verify every existing design or image.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design, artwork, project, or order at our sole discretion and without explanation. We will not produce designs or language that we consider obscene or otherwise inappropriate.
- No phone orders. All orders must be submitted in writing to ensure accuracy.
- All artwork and mock-ups will be emailed to you for review and approval. Production will not begin until we receive your written approval.
- Our standard production time is 5–7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. Rush production may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional rush fee.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Order quantity does not affect production priority. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rush orders, including during peak production periods.
- We do not maintain an inventory of garments. All garments are purchased specifically for each customer's order. Therefore, garments cannot be returned, and all garment sales are final. Please review your invoice carefully, including garment descriptions, sizes, colors, and quantities, before submitting payment.
- C.F.M. (Customer Furnished Material) Are you planning to provide the garment/s for your project?
Candroy does not replace client provided garments that and surly does not accept garments with sentimental values. The only time we would replace your garments is if have done anything other than the mock up that you approved. Such as wrong color, wrong location, wrong image and such.
We need to know ahead of time when your shipments are arriving. Your boxes must have your name, project name/number and our name on them.
We do not accept "receiver pays for shipping" shipments.
Although we do our best to complete your job in perfect condition yet be aware that we are dealing with machineries, inks, heaters, needles, ....., therefore there is always a possibility for something to go wrong. EITHER provide extra garments OR be aware of 3%-4% average spoilage margin.
We highly recommend that you allow us to provide the garment so that we keep a light stock on hand in the event of any sort of mishaps.
Every screen print project requires set-ups and test prints before it starts. Providing extra garments is necessary to cover the spoilage and set-up requirements. Also, no two garments will be printed at EXACTLY the same location since the insertion of the garments into the machines are manually handled and not automated. Hence there is always a possibility of the image to be printed ever so slightly to either sides on different garment.
We recommend that you provide at least two shirts extra in each size for spoilage, especially if your count is vital. We can't tell you the number of times we print the front of a shirt and then found a hole in the back of the shirt.
Garment Inspection and Production - Customer-supplied garments are inspected according to our receiving process.
A. We do not count every garment upon delivery, as large orders may contain hundreds or thousands of pieces. Garments are counted immediately before production begins. If the quantity does not match your purchase order or packing slip, production will be paused, and you will be notified so the discrepancy can be resolved.
B. Garments are counted again before they are folded, packed, and prepared for pickup or shipment. Please verify your order upon receipt or pickup, as we cannot be responsible for shortages reported afterward. - If you provide your own films, embroidery files, artwork, or other production-ready materials: we are not responsible for issues such as ink bleeding, ink spread, dot gain, moiré patterns, embroidery quality, or other production problems resulting from those supplied materials.
- If a printing error occurs and is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace only the garments that are returned to us. All incorrectly printed garments must be returned before replacements will be produced.
- Unless otherwise specified by the client, the placement of the printed design is at our discretion. Please note that shoulder prints, hem prints, and prints that extend over seams may vary slightly in appearance and placement depending on the garment size and style.
Completion and Payment
- All work orders must be completed and approved before your project enters production.
- Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
